Don’t you agree that outsourcing also has some disadvantages like less control over that operation and a longer communication flow?

Outsourcing is all about leveraging your time. It takes some management, but a whole lot less time than doing all the work yourself. If you are unwilling to outsource – ie get someone else to do your work so you can make more money, then your business will stagnate.

Thanks for the reply! I understand what you mean. I asked that question because my experience has taught me that it is safer to do everything inhouse, even build up a whole SEO team if needed. The long term quality/price ratio is higher than in case of outsourcing. Quality is my main concern actually.
