Happy 4th of July Targeted Traffic Seekers!
Ok, so maybe your not from the USA. That’s fine, I am glad you are here no matter where you are from.
But, since this is my blog, I am going to share with you my thoughts on the 4th of July.
You see, I know from massive amounts of reading, and studying, that people like George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, and yes even Franklin Roosevelt would be appalled at the level of control our government has taken over business and our lives.
There is no logical or historically correct argument that can be made that would support the ridiculous idea that these great leaders would have ever let our free country control everything about our lives.
So as we celebrate our Independence, I hope that all Americans and everyone else that relies on a strong America, will reflect on what Independence is really all about.
For me, Independence and Entrepreneurial Success are the same thing. Our country came to exist so that government did not control what the people did. Government defended us and ensured a free flow of commerce. Our independence was about people taking care of themselves and of each other (not the government dictating it).
This is what every entrepreneur does. Entrepreneurs seek to take care of themselves and take care of others. We do this by solving problems for people, and making as many peoples lives more comfortable in some way as we possibly can.
People gladly pay and exchange things of value in order to help improve other people’s lives. And this is the environment that our Great Leaders fought for and enabled to be possible. Entrepreneurs don’t sit in a corner and hide when the world is crying about a recession.
They do like Andrew Carnegie, Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, John D Rockefeller and many others did – entrepreneurs create solutions and share them with the people through exchange of currency and like things of value.
They don’t sit back and wait for the Government to “Fix” everything, because the real power is with the real people who care about each other and are uninhibited in their creativity – that is, uninhibited by government.
So, I think you know where I stand, and why I believe so much in myself and in everyone of you that follows me in this blog. I fought for 22 years in the US Navy as an aviator. I did it to have real freedom. Now I am an entrepreneur, and entrepreneurs like you and I are the people who will keep everyone free.
God bless our forefathers that made this nation possible. And, please God, ensure that our government stops stealing from the people so that we the people can help each other remain free.
Happy Independence Day!

P.S. The American Declaration of Independence was actually voted for on July 2, 1776. It was formally signed in August of 1776 by 56 delegates to the Continental Congress.
