Free Source of Massive Social Web 2.0 Traffic and More http://bit.ly/3pMlt
I was just explaining to a man in his 50s how valuable Facebook is for marketing.
When I said he needed to set up an account for his business he gave me a strange look and said ‘my 12 year old is on that all the time” I said he would be silly not to be.
And hopefully the 12 year old will realize how powerful FB and other social networks are and be making money before he is 14!
there are so much we can do with FB. for me fb is the best social site of all time
That’s not the point here – which is the best social site. It doesn’t matter. What matters is, if you aren’t taking advantage of free tools to link your business blog or website to massive numbers of social web 2.0 sites, then you are missing tons of free traffic. Have fun on FB.

Call me stupid, I guess, I never realized that I was technologically challenged until I started messing around with this Web 2.0 stuff. I added Ping to twitter and facebook; both say on ping they are posting but only twitter works! Obviously, no one else has had this problem! Must be my lucky day! Can anybody offer a suggestion as to why FB isn’t working for me?
Actually Eric, I have had difficulty getting ping to work with FB. But since it has so many other networks, and my Twitter already posts there, I am not concerned about it. The best way to get your updates to FB is through your Twitter connection. I find that best, so I don’t keep posting the same thing over and over to FB.

Hi Wayne, It’s some small consolation to know that I’m not alone in this FB non-post issue but how do you get Twitter connecter so the post are mirrored? or did I misunderstand your reply?
Eric,
In FB there are numerous applications that connect twitter to your FB. I really don’t know which one I am using because it has been connected for a very long time. But just go to the applications page in FB and search ‘twitter’ and a whole list will come up. Choose the one best for you and connect your twitter to your fb.
Hope that helps.
