Review – What Did You Do to Increase Online Traffic?

August is almost over and many tools and tips have been thrown your way.

What have you done to increase online traffic?

Are you getting more targeted traffic now than at the beginning of the month?

How much did you increase?

These should be easy questions for you to answer.  If you put any of the targeted traffic tools to work that I showed you how to get for free, you would have increased online traffic by at least 20%.

Alright, maybe – maybe not.  Some of you maybe still haven’t got focused enough to see the web traffic grow like it should when you implement the tools.

I had this very same problem.  When I started blogging and working online, I followed a lot of good direction and didn’t get any of the results I was “supposed to” get.  But it was my own fault.

In my case, I did not have the direction telling me to get more focused.  In your case, I have been telling you to get focused.  But if you haven’t picked a maximum of 4 keyword phrases in your niche to focus on and write about continuously, then you definitely are still having problems finding a way to increase online traffic.

Targeted web site traffic is not a mystery.  When I learned that focus was the key, and then finally got focused, the increase in targeted traffic started and also an increase in search engine traffic.  In fact, there didn’t seem to be anything that could stop it.

So get focused!

Then start putting all the tools to work for you using the keyword phrases you are focused on.  There are nine tools already listed in the August 2009 posts.  The question is, “Did you download them or sign up for any of them?”

You did what? You told yourself you would get back to it, and then what?

You never got back to it!  I know the story.  You can’t fool me.  I did it, I constantly tasked myself so far off in a new direction, I never got back to setting up the tools I promised myself I would get back to.  For that flaw, it took me months to even begin to increase online traffic.

So back to where I started — Get focused, and then watch out, the targeted website traffic will be yours.
