Is it really as easy as having a checklist to create success and generate tons of targeted traffic?

Well, if you’ve been doing any business of any kind, you know that a checklist alone isn’t going to create profits or increase online traffic.

Since I’m a retired naval aviator, my first life was immersed in checklists.  When you fly for a living, you do everything by a checklist.  But simply doing a checklist is not what made the flight or the mission a success.

You need a whole lot more understanding.  You need a whole lot of dedication.  You need tons of commitment to your mission.

My successes are built one key element…

It has been something I step back to, every time things don’t seem to go right, or when things seem to not progress as predicted.  It is the one thing that people forget, or ignore so often, but if they did it, they would end most of their roadblocks and misery…

It’s stepping back, and reviewing the basics.

If you keep changing the top of your strategy with no success, yet you know that the strategy works for others quite well, then maybe you need to look at the beginning…. the base of your strategy… the basics.

You are likely to find that some key part of what makes your strategy work in the first place is not operating correctly.  Maybe the step was implemented, but not updated.  Maybe a step is implemented incorrectly.  Maybe you told yourself, you really don’t need to do that.

This is where checklists come in.

If you have recorded the steps of your success accurately, then you can create a checklist that ensures you don’t skip any piece that makes your strategy work.  It doesn’t stop you from being flexible, or inventive.  It does stop from setting up random roadblocks that you haven’t visualized because you lost sight of the basic steps.

Your targeted traffic plan works much the same.  It can duplicated successfully with a checklist.  It can be built with some basic understanding.  It can be modified or flexible for varying targeted audiences or goals.

Here’s a simple checklist to get your targeted traffic moving and help you increase your online traffic starting today…

1. Look closely at what you want to accomplish.  What’s your goal?
   Who are you targeting?  What problems will you solve?
2. Focus in closely on the building blocks of the targeted traffic process.
   Have you done them correctly?  Did you skip a step?  If you modify something, was it a conscious descision?
3. Put your process into steps that can easily be visualized by you.
   Are they logical? Is something missing? What step is most easily modified without breaking the flow?
4. Identify the weakest points, or most likely points of failure (points of constraint).
   Can you monitor these points?  What can you do to improve them?  Is another step necessary to make it work?
5. Keep a close eye on your results.
   What is working best?  What isn’t working?  What modification created the greatest profits?
6. Do it all again and multiply your profits with tons of targeted traffic.
