SEO – Method 4 of the Low Cost Targeted Traffic Methods

Web Traffic Method 1 | Web Traffic Method 2 | Web Traffic Method 3
Web Traffic Method 4 | Web Traffic Method 5

I know you think SEO (search engine optimization) is two hard and you can’t do it. But I’m going to show you how you can, and must do it – and do it very easily!…

If you remember my earlier SEO post, you know that I consider not doing SEO up front a big mistake

I’ve covered what search engine optimization is earlier posts, so I won’t repeat all of that here. If you read the any of these posts on SEO and search engine traffic, you know that not doing any search engine optimization when I first started was one of my BIG mistakes.

If you want to leverage off the tons for free targeted traffic directly from the search engines – and who doesn’t – then you need to include search engine optimization. It makes all the difference for your blog or website being found, and being valuable to the right people.

Search engine optimization includes:

1. Knowing how search engines work
2. How to do keyword research
3. Why things like keyword density are important
4. What is keyword prominence
5. Site construction to be search engine friendly
6. Linking strategies
7. On-page SEO
8. And much more…

I am sure that list looks complicated… and it can be if you don’t use the proper resources to learn how to make it easy. You need to know these things above and more, and you can.

You don’t have to be a techno geek to implement all the right elements of SEO to maximize your ability to capture search engine traffic. There is only one place I know where you can learn this from and expert, who knows exactly how to teach a 5 year old – like me – search engine optimization.

Pat Marcello can talk to search engine spiders! I think she is a search engine whisperer. And the really cool thing is, she knows how to teach you and anyone how to understand what is necessary to be a real force with your online business in the search engines.

Be smart, let Pat Marcello show you how to talk to spiders.

Quite literally, Pat will solve your SEO problems, questions, and implementation. She makes so easy, you will amazed and wished you had her help 10 times sooner.

… coming next, method five of the low cost targeted traffic methods.

Reader Request – Where Do I Start for Blog Traffic and Targeted Web Traffic

Many readers have asked similar questions.  Maggie wrote:  I would like to get my new websites off the ground and running. I need help. The other site is www.spiritualhealthandwellbeing.com …

This is a rather vague question.  I can’t look at a website and know what you need help with in regard to getting targeted website traffic.  But the underlying theme seems to be with many, is how do I get my site moving?

Getting blog traffic and targeted traffic to any website is the starting point for your business.  There are many other elements to deal with, but in this blog, getting targeted traffic is what I focus on.

If you have roamed through this blog, you know well that I subscribe to the known fact that a WordPress blog is a must have targeted traffic magnet for any — I repeat — ANY online niche business.  That is why I created the FREE video training The Great Traffic Experiment.

If you haven’t done the basics covered in The Great Traffic Experiment then you are missing out on an extremely low cost, easy way to get targeted traffic coming to you in your niche.

The Great Traffic Experiment covers not only setting up your WordPress blog, but also:

  • Things not do when you are getting started
  • Three simple strategies to start targeted traffic fast
  • Developing a targeted website traffic plan
  • and much, much more…

Other elements not covered in this blog or the Great Traffic Experiment include

There are other things I don’t cover, but the links above are some of the best resources available that I actually use for success.  For those that have the same question as I got from Maggie and others – that is basically, where do I start? – You must start by being setup properly for targeted web traffic and blog traffic if you want everything else to progress.

If you are just starting, and you are expecting a new website or blog to be up today and getting thousands of visitors tomorrow for free (or even paid for that matter), then you have to change your approach and get a real plan for progress in creating search engine traffic and targeted traffic.  It isn’t an overnight thing.

Am I too blunt?  Tell me what you think below.  I want your opinions, your concerns.  Are you afraid to make a comment?

I look forward to hearing from you

How Getting Shot At Increases Targeted Web Traffic and Sales

Today’s post comes from a reader request:

Dan says he is getting lots of visitors but no one buys. He needs a way to promote his site to targeted visitors.

Dan’s site: http://danowin.ilovepets.biz/shop.php

F-18 FormationI don’t claim to be an expert on increasing sales, but one thing that is common to all is the need for targeted web traffic.  If it is not targeted, no one buys.

But there is one other element that is required to get sales from your targeted web traffic.  I will put it to you this way…

On one mission I was on during the war in Kosovo, my job was to be the airborne cooridnator of all elements of the largest Naval air strike ever conducted using the tactics of the day.  It included being responsible for aircraft entering the combat airspace, getting fuel, getting to the target, detecting hostile activity both air, and missile, and getting the fighters and bombers out safely.

Now that is definitely a lot to expect from one guy (plus 4 other crew members).  Why in the world would anyone even allow me to have that much influence on what happens to them individually?

The strike mission itself is highly targeted traffic.  The lead fighter/bomber and his wingman want only two things from their shopping and delivery – hit the target (and live).  Problem is, it is very dangerous — very, very dangerous.  Plus they have many restrictions on how to go shopping.  The most restrictive is that their aircraft had to be fully, 100% mission capable.

Believe me, this requirment is probably not met more often than you think.  So why go shopping in such a dangerous place when it would be so easy to say my thing-a-ma-jig is broke, and just go home and noone will say anything?

Instead, they let me direct them where to go and change things literally “on the fly” without question.  They even convince themselves that the “thing-a-ma-jig” is working fine.

Here is the secret…

… if your current web traffic is targeted, yet it doesn’t buy.  Do you have TRUST!  Do your visitors trust you, and why should they?

In the air strike, I had a long established trust relationship through my proven performance in the air.  Many of the aircraft pilots only knew me by my voice, or my crew by their callsign.  But we had a relationship of unmatched, very powerful trust.  Therefore they would shop where ever I told them to because they knew I would not steer them wrong!

So my question to you, Dan, is….

How are you getting trust with your targeted visitors?  Do you have a blog?  Do you have a newsletter?  What do you give your customers besides little pictures with apparently good prices?

This is why I created the free training series “The Great Traffic Experiment.”

It centers on getting a real, hosted WordPress blog because it is one great way of getting TRUST, plus easily, and almost automatically getting targeted web traffic.  So, if you don’t have a blog, go to The Great Traffic Experiment Now, and find out how to get one up very, very quickly.

Then read the following posts on getting a traffic system:

  1. Targeted Web Traffic – What’s Your Plan?
  2. Can an Aircraft Carrier Plan Bring Targeted Web Traffic?
  3. Carrier Aircraft in Tension – How You Feel About Getting Web Traffic?
  4. An F-18 Cockpit View of Targeted Web Traffic

This all represents exactly how I went from nothing to a business creating cash.  I am not filthy rich today, but my system comes from the best mentors online, and grows every, single day doing exactly what I write about.  Yours can too.  This is business, you won’t get rich tomorrow, but with a plan, commitment, purseverance, faith and the right tools, you can build trust, and very loyal targeted web traffic that buys.

Thanks for your question, Dan…

Carrier Aircraft in Tension – How You Feel About Getting Web Traffic?

The photo to the right is an E-2C Hawkeye in “tension” on the deck of the aircraft carrier.  It is only seconds from launch, a position I was in nearly 2000 times in my career.

How does this relate to getting targeted web traffic to your website?  Let’s look at how you feel about getting nowhere with your traffic.  I am willing to bet you feel an immense amount of tension and stress waiting for that web traffic to appear at your doorstep.

At this point in the launch of a carrier aircraft, inside this plane are 5 people feeling an immense amount of tension.  The aircraft is at full power.  The very end of the ship is less than 200 ft in front of them.  The pilot and co-pilot are scanning the instruments as quickly as possible to verify everything is working correctly.

There is only a piece of steel less than 1″ in diameter holding this 64,000 lb aircraft on the deck, while a extremely high pressure catapult, and the full power of both engines is trying to pull it forward.  The ship is pitching up and down, and rolling left and right.

The contrast here between the tension you feel not getting enough targeted web traffic, and the crew having there lives dependent on three major elements out of their control is this crew and everyone around them has a plan — even if the engines fail, or the catapult fails, or just an indicator light fails, they all know exactly what their response will be.

As you recall from my previous post, my first step to getting a detailed plan was finding expert advice and I got that from the Listbuilding Club.

But there is a step 2 to putting together my plan.  I wanted even more specific targeted web traffic specific instruction.  The Listbuilding Club is the best planning and execution tool available to cover many different aspects, particularly when you are just getting started and really don’t know which way to go.

If you are moving ahead and your blog and website are set up then you need both the Listbuilding Club and the defining step for putting your highly targeted web traffic plan in action.  It’s called Easy Traffic Steps.

Easy Traffic Steps deals only, and specifically with getting traffic.  I give you more on why it is such a clear cut, mission success plan in my next post.

Until then, keep the targeted web traffic moving
