get search engine trafficIf I’m right, you probably have lots of times like me where you would really like a simple solutions for more search engine traffic. Am I right?

The problem with SEO, there can be so many things to think about when you are creating your perfect web page, or the most incredible blog post you ever wrote.  It’s difficult enough to keep you mind straight, and on topic with your writing masterpiece.

O.k., so maybe it wasn’t a masterpiece, who cares.  Don’t you still hate trying to remember all the search engine optimization stuff which is supposed to get all that search engine traffic?

I do.  I can’t remember it all, and I write about when blogging like crazy about targeted traffic.

So here is a checklist of things, to keep nearby your computer writing station.  11 basic things, that if you can apply at least half of them to every web page you create, or every blog post you post, then you will be very well suited to get the right search engine traffic

Search Engine Traffic – Facebook Challenges Google AGAIN!

Facebook search engine trafficThey’re at it again at Facebook, this time in the world of search engine traffic.  It’s definitely true that Google doesn’t particularly like Facebook – since they can’t buy them…

… and Facebook ads has given Google a big run for their competition when it comes to generating targeted traffic from pay per click type media.  Now, Facebook is going to make a bid run at the search engine traffic market!

This is one online company with no fear of challenging the arrogance at Google in the most direct fashion.

I suspect you might be excited by this like I am.  There are tons of people that love seeing the dominance and arrogance of Google challenged in every way possible.  However, I share the same feelings as targeted traffic Guru Ryan Deiss, (Facebook: The Next Frontier for SEO)…

Google Competition Growing for the Best Targeted Traffic

Search engines account for only 20% of the best targeted traffic generated on the internet.  The remaining 80% comes from everywhere else.

It’s also true the Google is responsible for about 60% of that search engine traffic.  The main competition… you probably already know… is MSN – Bing, and Yahoo.

However, I was just introduced to a surprising new entry in the quest to provide the best targeted traffic from search engines.  You likely won’t even guess who it is, or where they’re from.

So here’s a clue…

This place provides more spammers on your blogs and websites than most countries.

This place is known for the attempts to hack computers.

Google Shows You How to Optimize Your Site for Conversions

Now this is exciting news….

There’s a great new tool available and anyone can get it.  You don’t have to be a SEO expert, or a web traffic guru, or anything but you – a person who wants to know if your traffic is converting, and where it’s converting from.

Ask yourself – Wouldn’t you like to know which words and phrases were appearing in the search engine results, and what the click through rate is – without having to set a tracking link on every word and page?

Over the past few years, Google has been providing you tools to help you as a webmaster.

However, the fact is, most of the tools aren’t really very helpful at all.  If you’re familiar with any of Google’s tools, you may agree with my opinion.  Google just doesn’t tell you everything, and often isn’t very accurate at all.  I say this because I compare results from Google’s various tools to my results on server logs.  Often they are nowhere near the same.

The only consistently useful tool I have found, up to now, has been the crawler access tool which I use to verify crawler access and create a robots.txt file.

Now it’s changed, big time, with this potentially profit generating tool — and it’s completely free.  So here is what you have to do…
