Though this is a dramatization, the effect you have on your customers by presenting a positive reply to what seems like an attack can change everything.
It has a viral effect in your marketing, and thus brings more website traffic.
So here’s the rhetorical question of the day: Do you want to tons of free traffic running to your website?
Of course the answer is YES! In fact, who in their right mind would say anything but yes?
Using a tell-a-friend script is one of the simplest, fastest and most successful ways of incorporating viral marketing into your website. It is very simple programming that can be attached to any website. The scripts usually are installed in pages with media or where a sale was completed so the viewer or purchaser can share it with a friend or family, or whomever they choose.
A well scripted tell-a-friend will integrate seamlessly into your website. It will complement every other source of traffic you have developed. The best part is, the more traffic you send to it from other sources, the more traffic it brings in return. It can literally cause a traffic explosion.
How does a tell-a-friend script work?
I’ll avoid being technical here. A script is just a word for a small program to perform a simple task. A tell-a-friend script is a small program you install on your web host server that allows visitors to your site to tell their friends about you. The best ones work very simply and install very easily for maximum results.
Then you enter a very simple code on your web page in the spot where you want the tell-a-friend script to do its magic. When a your targeted visitor opens the page – let’s say it’s the thank you page after a sale – and they see on the page a box to enter their name and email, their friends name and email, a short message and a send button.
A good script is customizable and often let’s you choose whether to allow visitors to change the title and body of the email to be sent. It will always display the email to be sent, even if you don’t allow it to be customized. Let’s face it, who in their right mind would allow an email to be sent if they don’t know what’s in the email? Dah!
So what happens? Your visitor comes to your site. In this case, they buy something, and to complete the sale they are so emotionally happy about, they then send the good news to their friends.
Some numbers of their friends return to check it out, and someone purchases and repeats the cycle. This is a targeted prospect that you did not pay for, and they paid you, then they advertised for you.
A tell-a-friend script makes it easy for this cycle to repeat itself endlessly! Now your word-of-mouth marketing is being done automatically and done with incredible conversion ratios.
Now remember, this is just an example, you can use this on any type of page you want to get free visitors to. It doesn’t have to be a sales page.

There are tons of tell-a-friend scripts available. Many have some very extravagant programming and fancy bells and whistles.
However, if you are new to dealing with scripts and want this to work as simply as possible, then this completely free script is all that you need. It does everything required for success, and has complete video instructions for its installation and use.

6) Join forums and form online communities.
There is a forum or online community for virtually every niche market on earth. If there is one without a forum, then you probably should be the one to start one.
Forums are a great place to join in the conversation of the day, and be part of your niche market. Though you may not be an expert at first, just a little chat with valuable questions and answers will get you recognized as a pro.
Capture a market and show your expertise and credibility. When you build a good foundation for your site, people will trust you and your site and they will pass it on to others who nearly instantly trust you. Traffic to your website or blog will definitely increase because they know that you are an exert in what they need.
7) Start Your newsletters or E-zines.
This is so simple and so inexpensive, and so VITAL, that if you aren’t doing this, then you need to NOT have and online business. This is one of the most inexpensive and high profit return traffic-builders in today’s market.
By providing regular and useful content to your followers, they will follow you for a very long time.
This is how people get to know what you are about and share your existence. By doing this, you targeted traffic becomes loyal followers. More important, they become loyal, buying followers.
By filling them with useful content and sharing your personality, you become part of their lives, arouse their curiosity, and then they help you with sales and getting more loyal targeted traffic.

Welcome back, and let’s look closer at selecting strategies to use in your search for tons of low cost and free targeted website traffic.
Regardless of what you are doing, whatever niche, whatever event, whatever plan – you know that there is more than one way to solve the problem or progress toward your goal.
When I planned a combat strike or flight event, I and all the aircraft crew made a very specific plan for achieving the goal and destroying the target. Within that plan were layers of tactics or strategies for each element of the plan to use. And each element had its own strategies or tactics with backups in reserve.
Things change, and you have to be prepared.
The same is true in getting targeted website traffic heading to your blog or offer. There is no one method that is going to win the battle for you. You need multiple methods, working together to get targeted visitors that want to buy.
Just like a combat air strike, things will happen at different times that you have no control over. Therefore, you need an alternate. You also need layers of traffic generation resources. If one is shut down, you have others in action to keep targeted web traffic flowing freely.
Your job is to choose the right strategies or tactics that you can handle simultaneously.
If you are not outsourcing because you don’t have the funds, you are not likely to be able to handle more than three methods at any one time.
How do you know which ones to use? Well – ask yourself, what interests me the most? There are over 20 to choose from:
Integration Traffic

Affiliate Traffic
Podcast Traffic

As you read the list you probably feel a lot of anxiety as you think, how do I know what to choose. You only see 4 here, and there are at least 20 to choose from, and you can only handle 3.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what you will do best, nor can anyone else. You are going to have to choose what you want to do.
I fully believe, that for the long term, anyone can do article marketing. And I believe you should too. But beyond that, you have to commit your effort to learning enough about other traffic methods, as quickly as you can so you can make a personal choice of which proven strategy to add to your layer of tactics.
Is this a cop out by me? I don’t think so. You are in business, and you are responsible for your business, and for your strategic and tactical choices. No one knows better than you what you can do. If you don’t know enough, you must find out more about the specifics.
It will cost you time, and the time costs you money, even if the actual traffic does not. So get a grip and accept this and get started.
