What made me stay and not ask for a refund (because I already had similar training) was that there were certain styling techniques in a couple early lessons that I put to work immediately.

For me, I get frustrated a little, not being able to grab the next lesson exactly when I want it.

Also, unlike Atomic Blogging, there are no super dynamic plugins included, and you have to find your own theme.  Atomic Blogging provides you a marketing optimized theme that you can easily customize.

Is the plug in and theme absolutely necessary?  Well probably not, but your can see in my previous review of Atomic Blogging 3.0 the results I had using them.

But the training is superb, and I keep doing it because it gives me new twists to improve my blog every week.  I love it!
